    • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT-05:00) (Eastern Standard Time)

Electronic Delivery

If you purchase a product with an electronic delivery or download method, you will receive the required product or license key via email once your order is confirmed.

  • Instant Email Delivery: Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with your license key and installation instructions.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Most orders are delivered immediately after payment. However, some may require manual verification, which can take up to 12 hours.
  • Verification Process: If your order is flagged for additional security checks, we may request further verification.
  • Spam Folder Check: If you do not receive your order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Contact@quickzon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Multiple Addresses

We do not offer shipments to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Contact@quickzon.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution. Please also check our comprehensive Return Policy for more details.

Incorrect Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Address Change

To request a delivery address change, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order after confirmation, please contact our customer support within 12 hours. Once the order has shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible. Refer to our Return Policy for further information.
