  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7 business days after receiving the return.
  • A prepaid return label is provided for returns (no cost to the customer for eligible returns).
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refund Amount

  • Full refund for items returned in new or slightly used acceptable condition.
  • A partial refund may be issued for damaged or incomplete returns.
  • No refund will be given for items that do not meet the return criteria.
